under the Occupational Health and Safety (Psychological Health) Regulations
2025 (OHS (Psychological Health) Regulations)
The new regulations
recognise that psychosocial hazards are just as important as physical hazards,
requiring Victorian employers to identify and manage psychological health risks
with the same level of diligence and care
The OHS (Psychological
Health) Regulations and this Code are in effect from 1 December 2025.
