March 2025 new updated compliance requirements with the QLD Work Health and
Safety Regulation 2011 require a person conducting a business or undertaking (PCBU),
must proactively manage the risk of sexual harassment and sex or gender-based
harassment at work.
The new requirement is to
prepare and implement a prevention plan to manage identified risks to
the health and safety of workers, or others, from sexual harassment and sex or
gender-based harassment at work.
