Updated Guide to workplace right of entry by work health and safety entry permit holders

In addition to minor editing changes, the expanded guide now includes case studies of matters determined in legal proceedings that clarify aspects of the law concerning workplace right of entry by work health and safety entry permit holders.

Persons conducting a business or undertaking (PCBU’s), WHS entry permit holders and other relevant stakeholders are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the expanded guide.
