FWC Guidelines in Relation to Operation of Part 2 - 7A Regulated Labour Hire Arrangement Orders

These guidelines are made under section 306W of Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) (the Fair Work Act). They are intended to explain how Part 2-7A of the Fair Work Act operates in order to assist with education and compliance.
