NSW Home Building Contract Over $20,000 - HBCF Insurance Not Required (Stand-alone contract)

All residential building work worth over $5,000 requires a written contract. Residential building work worth more than $20,000 needs an extensive home building contract.

This contract is used when you meet the requirements for Exemption from the Home Building Regulations for insurance for built-in furniture and other work when done as a standalone contract.
