Sexual Harassment Policy

It is the obligation and responsibility of everyone to treat others with dignity, courtesy and respect and ensure that the workplace is free from sexual harassment, sex-based harassment, behaviour that may result in a hostile workplace environment and victimisation.

Employers also has a positive duty to eliminate the risk of sexual harassment, sex-based harassment, a hostile workplace environment and victimisation so far as is reasonably practicable. This policy is one part of a strategy for preventing and eliminating sexual harassment in the workplace.
