The Victorian Government has published the Occupational Health and Safety (Psychological Health) Regulations 2025, which will take effect from 1 December 2025.

Victorian employers will be required to identify, assess, and control psychosocial hazards, such as bullying, harassment, and high job demands, with the same diligence as physical hazards.
