obligations under the WHS regulation in relation to the prohibition
- Explains the scope, why
it was introduced, what is prohibited under the ACT WHS Regulations, and the
limited circumstances in which work with engineered stone is prohibited
- Notification of work
with legacy engineered stone
- Controlled processing guidance
in complying with this obligation to ensure that nay processing of engineered
stone, sintered stone and porcelain products is controlled
