Fair Work Information Statement

Updated August 2025

Employers MUST give this document to ALL new employees when they start work.  

** Casual Employees - If your employee is employed on a casual basis then you will also need to give them a copy of the Casual Employment Information Statement 

** Fixed Term Contracts - If your employee is employed on a Fixed Term Contract then you will also need to give them a copy of the Fair Work Fixed Term Contract Information Statement

Both the Casual and Fixed Term Contract Information Statements can be downloaded through the Resources under Workplace Resources/Recruitment
