The Benchbook applies in
relation to alleged sexual harassment in connection with work that occurs (or
commences) on or after 6 March 2023.
This will assist
parties lodging on responding to
applications for the Commission to deal with sexual harassment disputes under
Part 3-5A of the Fair Work Act 2009.
This information is provided to parties to assist in preparation of
material for cases before the Commission.
