For employees who work off-site/or on client
sites this induction checklist can assist them in identifying the site safety
rules and WHS measures implemented at the site e.g. emergency arrangements;
first aid facilities.
The induction checklist should be used as part
of the employee’s induction into the workplace.
Complete for each site and consult with
employees/workers during this process.
