Brief Description of the role

Harrington Kitchens is a well-respected and long-standing manufacturer of high-quality kitchens and joinery, serving the Sydney metropolitan and Southern Highlands areas.
Referrals and repeat clients have generated more enquiries for our kitchens and we are now seeking an experienced and highly motivated kitchen designer to join our successful team.
This is a salary based full time position, accompanied by a rewarding commission scheme. The position also includes a company vehicle, mobile phone and all selling tools.

The successful applicant will need the following attributes:
•	A proven history in kitchen design and sales, with recent experience using kitchen design software such as Cabmaster or similar would be an advantage.
•	A background in cabinet making or joinery would be also beneficial as we are prepared to train a suitable tradesperson who may be looking to transition into sales and design.
•	The ability to work in a harmonious team environment is critical, as well as being able to self-motivate and work autonomously.
•	Hard closing salespeople need not apply as we will only consider designers who share our passion for customer satisfaction which is provided by way of outstanding design and service backed by genuine care for our clients.
